The Financial Times Deutschland reports that Germany’s WePad is now available online for pre-order exclusively via Amazon.de — at least until the official launch of the device, which is still scheduled for August.
The agreement was confirmed both by Amazon and Berlin-based WePad creator Neofonie. There are plans for the device to be available in stores after the launch, though details are not yet available. As we reported earlier, the 16GB wi-fi WePad retails for 449 Euros and the 32GB enhanced 3G version is being offered for 569 Euros.
