It’s been a little more than seven weeks since the news broke that Amazon.com was acquiring beloved reader community site Goodreads.com. The reaction to the acquisition was immediate and, often, aggressively hostile. Many people proclaimed their plans to boycott Goodreads and shift their activities elsewhere.

So, given the amount of time that has passed, what has been the fallout? Have you indeed curtailed your activity on Goodreads in favor of another site? Does the situation seem as dire as it was on first learning the news? Or are you resigned to the situation, seeing it in terms of “business as usual”? Take our survey and let us know what you think in the comments.
