It’s undeniable that self-publishing is a global phenomenon, one that is challenging — if not reshaping — the rules for publishing. For the first time the Frankfurt Book Fair will be hosting a half-day “ignite-style” event focusing on self-publishing.

From 10:30 to 12:30 on Saturday, October 13th, self-published authors and providers of self-publishing services will gather at the Sparks Stage in Hall 8.0 at the Frankfurt Book Fair for a panel discussion, and presentations from a variety of self-publishing platforms and authors.

Platforms and service providers presenting include:

Authors include
  • Tui Allen (New Zealand author)
  • Mervyn (New Zealand author)
  • Silke Brandt (German/Finnish writer)

The 90 minute event will hosted by Publishing Perspectives‘ Ed Nawotka and will be followed by a networking session from 12:00-12:30.

It is free to attend, but we kindly request you RSVP to warmuth@book-fair.com today to reserve your spot!
