Speaking as part of the Tools of Change event at the Frankfurt Book Fair earlier this month Arantza Larrauri, director of Spanish e-book distribution company Libranda, noted that the company now has more than 5,000 e-book titles. She said many as 10,000 could be on sale by the end of the year.

This article corrects an earlier piece on Publishing Perspectives which misstated the number of titles as being 300,000. The figure of 300,000 is the estimated the total number of titles available in Spanish as e-books throughout the world, not exclusively on Libranda.
