Today’s feature story by Roger Tagholm outlines eight lessons or “takeaways” from the World e-Reading Congress, held earlier this week in London. Yesterday, we also covered the discussion at last week’s BISG “Making Information Pay” conference. Both events emphasized that the business is being radically transformed by digitization and it is necessary for publishers to implement new internal systems and external customer relations if they want to keep up with the times. For some this is installing new rights and royalty management software, for others it is streamlining their XML editorial workflow, still for others it’s making inroads into the digital marketplace with innovative products…tell us, what are your top digital priorities for the rest of the year?

Let us know what you think in the comments.
