Midwest’s Largest Cooking Event to Feature Award-Winning Cookbook Authors and Chefs

The annual three-day Epicurean Classic, held August 27-29 in St. Joseph, MI, will present attendees with a unique opportunity to learn from award-winning cookbook authors and chefs at demonstrations, lectures, and tastings. The largest cooking event in the Midwest, the Epicurean Classic features opportunities for close interaction with presenters, providing expert information in a casual and engaging atmosphere.

Among the cookbook authors who have already committed to giving cooking demonstrations or classes this year are: Sara Moulton, a bestselling author whose latest title is Sara Moulton’s Everyday Family Dinners; Dorie Greenspan, the award-winning author of nine cookbooks, including the bestseller, Baking with Julia, the book that accompanied Julia Child’s PBS series; and Ted Reader, the award-winning chef and author of Everyday Gourmet Burgers, Grilling, and Plank Grilling.

Tickets for the event are $119 for a day pass for Friday or Saturday, or $69 on Sunday. Tickets for the Friday or Saturday reception are $65 or $75, respectively. The all-inclusive Gourmand Pass is $329.
