In exchange for a monetary payment to you for each original work that Publishing Perspectives accepts from you, you grant Publishing Perspectives and its affiliates (collectively, “PP”) a fully-paid up, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the accepted work. This non-exclusive license lasts for the entire term of copyright in any accepted work. In addition, for no additional fee paid to you, you grant to PP a non-exclusive, fully-paid up, irrevocable, worldwide license to use all of the works that PP has previously accepted from you, if any.

You expressly agree that PP has a non-exclusive license to use all of the accepted works in any manner that it sees fit, including using them in any medium or format (now known or later developed) for no additional fee paid to you. You agree to take all actions PP reasonably requests to confirm PP’s non-exclusive license in the accepted works.

You warrant that any work that you submit to PP is your own original work, and that none of your work infringes on any intellectual property rights of another person. You understand and agree that you will not represent yourself to be an agent for Publishing Perspectives. You agree to bear all other costs, expenses and liability relating to your actions, outside of the payment agreed to by PP; and you agree that you, your heirs, executors, and administrators shall hold Publishing Perspectives harmless from any claims, liability, losses, judgments, damages, or other expenses suffered or incurred by you arising out of your attendance and activities at any publishing related events, regardless of whether such attendance was sponsored, subsidized, or enabled in any way by PP.

Unless covered by a separate written agreement that expressly supersedes this one, this Agreement represents the entire understanding between you and PP as to all works that you submit or have previously submitted to PP.
