Random House has appointed ePubDirect to manage distribution of their ebook assets and provide retail support for Random House UK, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, and India.
This new agreement will, according to ePubDirect, “enhance the publisher’s management of digital assets and facilitate complete downstream eBook visibility on retailer inventory, pricing, and activity.”
Awarded a Supply Chain Excellence Accreditation by BIC, ePubDirect is an award-winning company that supplies over 1,000 on-line retailers and over 25,000 libraries worldwide, as well as powering the eBook platforms for some of the world’s largest publishing and technology companies.
In a statement, Gareth Cuddy, CEO and founder of ePubDirect told Publishing Perspectives, “We are delighted to be selected as the Digital Asset Distribution service provider for The Random House Group.
