London Book Fair, UK — April 8–10, 2014
In addition to distributing a print magazine at the London Book Fair, the Publishing Perspectives team will also report from the show floor and meet with the industry.
Klopotek Publishers’ Forum, Berlin, Germany — May 5–6, 2014
Edward Nawotka will speak on two panels at Klopotek’s annual conference in Berlin, which offers hands-on workshops and seminars for publishing professionals.
BookExpo America, New York, NY — May 29–31, 2014
Publishing Perspectives will report from the trade show floor and conferences, as well as meet with colleagues from the publishing industry.
Yale Publishing Course, New Haven, CT — July 20–25, 2014
Edward Nawotka will speak at this year’s Yale Publishing Course on the topic of international book publishing.
Frankfurt Book Fair, Germany — October 8–12, 2014
The Publishing Perspectives team will report on-site at the Frankfurt Book Fair, the world’s largest gathering of the publishing industry. We produce daily print editions during the Fair, host on-stage discussions and events, interview leading publishing professionals, and identify innovators and trend-setters working in publishing.

Metadata Perspectives Conference – October 13, 2011
Publishing Perspectives organized a day-long conference during the 2011 Frankfurt Book Fair on metadata, which is the single most important tool publishers can use to market and license products and generate sales.
Children’s Publishing Conference – May 31, 2012

Reaching Readers: Book Marketing Conference — May 28, 2013
As trade publishers integrate consumer-focused marketing approaches alongside traditional B2B operations, marketers need new digital skills, tools and strategies in order to reach consumers online. On May 28, 2013 (just before BookExpo America), Publishing Perspectives and Frankfurt Academy hosted a full-day conference in New York City innovations in marketing and book promotion.
