During Chad Post’s visit to Iceland for the Reykjavik International Literary Festival, he interviewed the President of the Icelandic Publishers Association, Kristján B. Jónasson, himself a publisher. In the video, Jónasson offers a great overview of Iceland’s publishing industry, including statistics, current challenges and opportunities. Also discussed is the effect of being Guest of Honour at the Frankfurt Book Fair, which Jónasson says is important for small countries.
