At Publishing Perspectives’ June 13th conference “Rights and Content in the Digital Age,” speakers highlighted the growing importance of an aggressive approach to rights management both to take advantage of financial opportunities that have yet to be tapped while also guarding against potential legal issues when rights and licenses are accidentally misused.

In order to better understand how to evolve the way publishers look at rights, Publishing Perspectives and Ingenta have partnered on a research project to explore what publishers know about their rights program and where investment and innovation needs to be made. Below is a survey to find out how well you know your rights:
