It’s undeniable that self-publishing is a global phenomenon, one that is challenging — if not reshaping — the rules for publishing. For the first time the Frankfurt Book Fair will be hosting a half-day “ignite-style” event focusing on self-publishing.
From 10:30 to 12:30 on Saturday, October 13th, self-published authors and providers of self-publishing services will gather at the Sparks Stage in Hall 8.0 at the Frankfurt Book Fair for a panel discussion, and presentations from a variety of self-publishing platforms and authors.
Platforms and service providers presenting include:
- Neobooks & Droemer Knaur
- Australian Self Publishing Group
- Kobo Writing Life
- Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing
- Xulon Press
- Tui Allen (New Zealand author)
- Mervyn (New Zealand author)
- Silke Brandt (German/Finnish writer)
The 90 minute event will hosted by Publishing Perspectives‘ Ed Nawotka and will be followed by a networking session from 12:00-12:30.
It is free to attend, but we kindly request you RSVP to firstname.lastname@example.org today to reserve your spot!
