Fiction Uncovered Opens Pop-up Shop on London’s Book Barge

LONDON: The second edition of Fiction Uncovered, the annual promotion dedicated to the best contemporary British Fiction, will launch on Saturday, September 22 with the opening of its Pop-Up bookshop on The Book Barge. The floating indie bookseller, located at Broadway Market on the Regent’s Canal, London, will play host to a day of free readings and Q&A sessions with Fiction Uncovered authors.

At 12:30 p.m. author Tibor Fischer will read from his novel Crushed Mexican Spiders, and at 2:00 p.m. Peter Benson will read from Two Cows and a Vanful of Smoke.

Throughout the day, all of the titles selected for Fiction Uncovered will be available for purchase at the Pop-Up Shop, and will come with a free Fiction Uncovered tote bag and free Fiction Uncovered 2011 title (while supplies last).
