BEA is a showcase for the best new books from the United States. What was the best of the best?

BookExpo America 2011BookExpo America is a showcase for the best new books from the United States. As we know, YA is an especially hot category with plenty of publishers plying their wares in this genre which, should a book have potential to crossover to adult readers, might produce a genuine blockbuster (which is even better if it’s a series).

So tell us, what was the hottest YA or children’s title you discovered at BookExpo America this year?
